Answer: Late orders are frustrating. We focus on assuring items are received and on time. Shipping times can range from 14-30 days depending on location. This in mind we came up with a few tools to assist our Customers: 1). Our shipment coordinator sits all day and reviews all out going orders. This way we can take the extra step to assure smooth transit to your location. 2). Tracking information is a must require tracking information from all of our suppliers and collaborators 3.) Route insurance at check out.
